Session Details

Session Booking
Please try to book your sessions 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.  I only take on a limited number of sessions per month, so it is always a good idea to plan ahead of time. 

Session Fees
Each session requires a $250.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.  This guarantees your session date & current pricing.  A payment email will be sent to you.  Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque is accepted. 

Mileage
Mileage will vary depending on location (anything over 100km roundtrip from Bashaw or Red Deer), is charged at $0.75/km and is due prior to session date.  An example would include travel from Bashaw to Red Deer City & back.  Mileage fees are due prior to session commencing.  Mileage will be based on GPS calculations and is due no later than 7 days prior to photoshoot.

Proofs
Please allow an average of 3 weeks for processing of your edited proofs.  I treat each photo like a piece of artwork, thus taking my time in post-processing to achieve something unique.  No two photos are usually ever the same. Once you have viewed your proofs, please allow 2-4 weeks for custom print orders which may include oversized prints, storyboards, coffee table books, etc. Some custom orders (certain albums, canvas, etc.) may take up to 8 weeks.  You will be contacted as soon as your print products arrive.
